HUMANITIES MINISTRY’S CHRISTMAS PROJECT FAMILY TO FAMILY

The Humanities Ministry is seeking your generosity to reach out to those in need throughout Dade County by providing food and toys for Christmas. Once again you will be able to sponsor families from; migrants from St. Ann’s Mission, Miami Behavioral Health Centers, families with children with AIDS, Corpus Christi, Our Lady of our Redeemer and more.

Please visit us in the rotunda to choose your Hands and volunteer to help. We will be there after all the masses on the weekends of

CHRISTMAS TREES FOR SALE

Saint Louis’ New Life Ministry will be pre-selling Christmas trees this year. Orders can be placed after the Masses on Nov. 23rd and 30th or by calling Paul or Mark here at Church, 305-238-7562 ext. 303/304. Trees will be available on December 6th. We would like to invite everyone interested, to our next meeting to start preparing for our annual event of the “Offering of Letters”. We will have the visit of a “BFW” region organizer as well as members of other churches and groups interested in the message to take to our communities for our plea to Congress in benefit of the poor during these times of so much despair and need. DECK THE HALLS OF ST. LOUIS

Come help decorate the grounds of St. Louis in preparation for the birth of our Savior! There will be lights to hang, trees to decorate, ornaments to make, and of course, delicious homemade food to eat. This is a fun advent activity for families of all ages! Please come and help make our Christmas decorations shine for Jesus.

NUEVA VIDA RETREAT

Are you or someone you know affected by alcohol abuse/ drug abuse/pornography/gambling or any other form of addiction? Or are you a co-dependent, those involved in a relationship with someone who is an addict?

If you are seeking help for yourslf or someone you love, Nueva Vida would like to invite you and your family members to our weekend sleepover retreat. Come and receive support and information on how to deal with this desease that affects the whole family and find healing through the love of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

We will meet at St. Louis Church, from there we will
go to the retreat place.
